1. Who we are

PlayerHQ is operated by Wesley Smets (sole proprietorship, trading as PlayerHQ), Belgium, company number BE 0707.783.165 (full details in our legal notice) ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website, and a data processor for clubs that use the PlayerHQ platform.

2. What data we process

Contact details you send us (name, email address, phone number, message).
For clubs using PlayerHQ: account data of staff, and player data entered by the club (such as name, date of birth, team, test results and physical measurements).
Technical data needed to run the service securely (such as log files and IP addresses).

3. Why we process it

To answer your questions, to provide the PlayerHQ platform under our agreement with the club, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Minors

Player data of minors is entered and managed by the club, which is responsible for informing parents or legal guardians and for obtaining consent where required. We process this data only on the club's instructions.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored with hosting providers within the European Union where possible, protected by encryption and access controls, and kept no longer than necessary.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, and to object or request data portability. Contact us at hello@playerhq.be. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
